It’s essential to empower your kids to make their own decisions, but that doesn’t mean you have to completely let go of control. You can give them a safety net while also giving enough space for them to learn to make smart choices on their own. Pan Vera is on the podcast to tell us how to foster the perfect balance between independence and safety.
Pan was born a Heyoka Empath. He is a PSNCC Certified Nonviolent Communication. Pan spent over 400 hours in training with Marshall Rosenberg. He was the IT Coordinator for the Center for Nonviolent Communications for ten years, supporting the worldwide NVC network. He is training under his brand, LifeServing.
He was an elementary school teacher, parent of two children, foster parent to 13 children, and stepfather.
